We offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with attached tags within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.*


Need a different size? Simply return or exchange your item and place a new order with your correct size.

*Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. No fee for mail-in exchanges, or for returns made at Happy Returns or a Rothy's retail store; $7.99 fee will be charged for mail-in refunds only. By processing your return via Happy Returns, you agree that Happy Returns will use your information in accordance with their privacy policy. Any applicable refunds will be processed after returned products are received and inspected. Products purchased from Rothy's stores or online at rathys.us cannot be returned to any of our wholesale partners. Any products purchased through one of our wholesale partners must be returned to the wholesale partner from which the products were purchased. Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to no returns on gift cards, gift with purchase items, items marked final sale, or for certain promotions.
